Park Plaza Restaurant

I ordered the Deluxe Grilled Cheese sandwich, and when it was delivered I saw that it was actually a Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I'm a vegetarian so I called the restaurant to let them know the order wasn't right. Whoever I talked to (I didn't catch his name) was incredibly nice and helpful. He looked up my order and saw that it was their mistake. He apologized profusely and asked what he could do for me. I simply asked for them to send me a grilled cheese. When my order was delivered again, I saw that I was sent an all new order, plus another drink and a cookie. They really went above and beyond for me. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anybody and definitely will order from them again.

I eat out a lot - and I can be a food snob. So when I want to eat good diner food - I mean real diner food, like a substantial burger/tuna melt or a hot-faced open turkey sandwich, a milkshake or normal sunny side up eggs, I order from here. It's nothing fancy, just a what you see is what you get. Good service, good menu - food tastes fresh. I appreciate having a good diner in the neighborhood.

This place has never disappointed me in the 2 years Ive been ordering from there. Today they out did themselves. The food arrived completely intact almost like it arrives in the restaurant . The veggie omelette was delicious , the potatos perfectly cooked. The man who delivered was super nice well dressed and polite. A great way to start a Sunday morning. Remarkable !

I'm giving 5 stars because I got a salad that wasn't too fresh, but the manager handled it amazing. He was SOOOOO nice and really cared about how I felt. He made sure everything worked out and got me a new order. Who ever manages this handles customer service so well I'll probably always order from here! Thank you! I also do enjoy the food! :)

Really yummy chicken fingers, with a nice crunchy, peppery crust. Food was prepared just the way I asked. This (shouldn't be, but) is hard to come by as most places couldn't care less about sending you what you asked and paid for. Park Plaza gets it right every time! Dining in or delivery, they never disappoint!

This was our first time ordering from here, and we're definitely going to order again! I got an angus burger with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, bacon, cheddar, and BBQ sauce, and their strawberry stuffed french toast without raisins. Everything arrived quickly and exactly as specified. Though it's nothing fancy, it's very good quality food. In contrast to the diner food I generally expect, the french toast was fluffy and sweet, not overly sugary or syrupy at all. The burger was also excellent. There was a good amount of meat in a thick, juicy patty, which tasted fresh and savory. I really liked the way they did the onions, very thinly-sliced, so that it provided just the right amount of sharpness to complement the meaty taste of the burger, without being overpowering. The bbq sauce came on the side, in a very generous portion that even I couldn't finish, even though I love to pour that stuff on: it was also thoughtfully pre-warmed, which I loved, because it doesn't cool down your burger when you pour it on. Overall, this was a very pleasant and satisfying experience and this place is definitely bookmarked for later :)

This Place is awesome!!!!! we always order food from Park Plaza and we are never disappointed. I'm just in love with their San Antonio Burger!!! If I were a burger, I would marry that burger! If you love a avocado, poblano peppers (which is my favorite of the peppers), and crunchy tasty fries, just order this. Their food always arrives on time, hot and delicious. Amazing taste for very reasonable prices, in an area where everything is overpriced! Plus, they have top notch customer service. I went once to pick up my San Antonio burger (look above) and was greeted warmly and the man at the front desk made sure to go to the kitchen and check up on my order promptly. 3 minutes later, he comes back with my burger. I tell him "I love your food, you guys have really good food!", to which he replies "Thank you very much, please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do to make our service and our food better for you". Kudos!

Park plaza is always a sure bet for good quick delicious food. Also, just to correct what other reviewers say about a hole in the container.... thats there to let steam out and therefore keep your French fries crispy and crunchy. If they didnt make that hole then the fries would be a soggy mess. Other restaurants take out containers always screw up the fries. So keep up the good work Park Plaza, and keep ripping holes in the top of my burger/fries delivery containers!!

Had the food delivered to my 67 SS while I was parked under the Manhattan Bridge after a night of hard partying. Never mind a Triple D experience! Park Plaza Diner is QUADRUPLE D EXPERIENCE! Holy Moly! Hangover Heaven Grilled Cheese? Well, this bad boy maxes out at nearly half a pound of pure Brooklynese comfort food. Dripping with mac and cheese goodness, you are sure to somehow get it on your backwards sunglasses!

We order from Park Plaza a few times a week. You just can't beat their selection of items, and surprisingly for a diner type restaurant, they do a lot really well. Greek salad is excellent, very fresh and large. Mashed potatoes are ridiculously delicious. Have had tuna melts, burgers, breakfast items... and all came quickly and was good. For the selection, price and consistency, you really can't beat this place.
